1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 3xxw website at 3xxw.app, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or participating in any promotion offered by 3xxw, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the 3xxw platform immediately.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 3xxw with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind. 3xxw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 3xxw will notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of 3xxw following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with 3xxw, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are accessing 3xxw as an individual, acting on your own personal behalf, and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee of 3xxw or its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had a 3xxw account closed or suspended for Terms violation, fraud, or abuse.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on 3xxw or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You are of sound mind and entering into this agreement voluntarily and with full comprehension of the risks associated with gambling.

3xxw conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. You may be required to submit government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. 3xxw reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, or where there is reasonable suspicion that the registered player does not meet the eligibility criteria above.

Any winnings generated by a player who is subsequently found to be under 18 years of age at the time of play will be forfeited in full. The original deposited funds may be returned at 3xxw's discretion following investigation. 3xxw takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any relevant authority investigating such cases.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 3xxw games, sports betting markets, and promotions, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and open to all eligible individuals. You may only hold one account on 3xxw at any time. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or a different one — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all required fields. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are required to keep this information current. If your personal details change after registration — for example, if you change your address or mobile number — you must update your account profile promptly or contact 3xxw support.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3xxw login credentials, including your username and password. 3xxw strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including friends or family members.
• Log out of your 3xxw account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Contact 3xxw support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.

3xxw will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from 3xxw that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

3xxw accepts no liability for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials where the breach was caused by your failure to take reasonable security precautions. However, where 3xxw's own systems are found to be the source of a security breach, 3xxw will take full responsibility and notify affected players promptly.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

3xxw processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively through verified payment channels. The following payment methods are currently accepted on the 3xxw platform for players in Bangladesh:

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 3xxw is ৳200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for regular accounts, though transaction limits imposed by your payment provider (for example, bKash or Nagad daily transaction caps) will apply. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 3xxw account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to clear depending on the issuing bank.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. 3xxw does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the account holder's verified identity, 3xxw reserves the right to hold the funds pending investigation and may return the deposit to its source without crediting the 3xxw account.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may be restricted from withdrawing until the verification process is complete. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: 15 minutes to 2 hours for verified accounts
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days
• VIP Black Diamond accounts: Priority processing within 15 minutes for all methods

3xxw does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 3xxw's control. Players are advised to check their mobile money or bank provider's fee schedule before initiating a withdrawal.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion.
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses expire at the end of their validity window and are forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless otherwise specified. Accepting a new bonus while a previous one is active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• 3xxw reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or substitute any bonus offer at any time. Where a change affects an active bonus that a player has already accepted, 3xxw will endeavour to notify the affected player.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged. Any attempt to abuse, farm, or exploit bonus structures — including through coordinated multi-account play — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may lead to account closure.

VIP Programme

3xxw operates a four-tier VIP programme: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond. VIP tier upgrades are determined by cumulative wagering volume and are applied automatically. Each tier carries specific benefits including enhanced cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing, and dedicated account management at the Black Diamond level. 6. Game Rules and Fair Play

7. Prohibited Conduct

3xxw maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform, harms other players, or violates applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3xxw platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another individual.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on 3xxw, whether under the same identity or a different one, for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a suspension.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through coordinated multi-account wagering, matched betting on 3xxw markets, or any other strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine recreational play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the house.
• Match Fixing and Inside Information: Placing bets using inside knowledge of match outcomes or in connection with any match-fixing, spot-fixing, or illegal manipulation of sporting events.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform in lieu of genuine human play.
• Hacking and Technical Exploitation: Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit any part of the 3xxw platform's technical infrastructure, including its games, payment systems, or account management tools.
• Money Laundering: Using the 3xxw platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of criminal activity.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward 3xxw staff or other players via any communication channel.

3xxw uses a combination of automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is ongoing, 3xxw reserves the right to place a temporary hold on an account's withdrawal functionality without prior notice. Players under investigation will be notified of the hold and the reason for it as soon as the investigation permits.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

3xxw may suspend or permanently close a player's account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion under the 3xxw Responsible Gaming policy.
• Determination that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2 (for example, discovery that the account holder is under 18).
• Inactivity: accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 3xxw will notify the account holder by email before applying a dormancy status.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their 3xxw account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Requests for account closure will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method, provided that all applicable KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigation is in progress.

Self-Exclusion
